1. How to contact us: Email us at [email protected] on our contacts page.

2. What payment method do we use: We use a trusted and secured PayPal gateway as our form of payment method. Along with our secondary payment method, Pay-To-Me, via our Pay-To-Me Page.

3. What about the customer's delivery/shipping: The delivery time should be emailed to the customer along with their product tracking key between an hour after their purchase. Refunds will be made if the email hasn't been sent for more than 2 hours.

4. Why lighters: The business, Lighter Fascination, focus' on lighters because it's cool and can convenient.

5. What happens if the customer doesn't receive their order: The customer can contact us for their money back, within a period of 3 days after shipment arrival date.

6. Cancelling of orders: Orders can be cancelled within an hour from purchasing period, go to our contact page and email us at [email protected]

7. How purchase orders: The Shop Now button will send you straight to our products page, there you can click on the product you would like to purchase and add it to the cart. On the cart you can checkout you products with the checkout button on the cart. The cart is the number on the top right corner.
